Madrid is the home of stews, as clearly demonstrated by the IV Boadilla del Monte Gastronomy Festival where 18 restaurants in the region are offering dishes of puchero, a traditional stew, until 16 March.
The restaurantstake part in the festival and contribute to the initiative by organising gastronomic events in collaboration with a variety of different brands. Casa Iván is one such restaurant, and onThursday 14 March at 9:00 pmit is to add the crowning touch to this gastronomic experience with a very special dinner matched with wines from Finca La Emperatriz.
The price for the tasting menu is €25 per person (including VAT).
